We’re Rich and Leigh, and we read every message ourselves. Whether it’s an order, a question about a scent, or a candle that isn’t behaving, this is the place.
Best for anything to do with an order, and for anything with a photo. We reply within two working days, usually sooner.

Photographs of the range, the studio and the two of us, plus the facts behind each scent, are available on request at hello@theluminary.uk.
Holyport, Berkshire. The studio is at home, so we don’t take visitors, but every candle is poured and packed here by one of us, and you can see the place, and the garden it sits in, on Instagram.
